I’m a Consultant, Team Lead, and Agile Coach with extensive experience building, leading, and coaching development teams in fast-growing companies, ranging from media entertainment, software industry, and the health care industry.
Certified as scrum master and as agile lead with a master’s degree in Computer Science. Speaks Portuguese as a native language and have an advanced level in English and German.
I’ve supported several organizations on creating and developing software products as well as on alignment using OKRs. I have implemented OKRs in small startups with less than 30 people, which grew to more than 120in less than 2 years, and also in big enterprises.
When leading teams on the development of a product, I use different approaches to build strong product engineering teams and discover features that can bring the most impact to the product.
