Gilson is one of the best agile coaches I worked with. He successfully supports teams in agile processes without superfluous structures. Perfectly balances the need of stepping in when team struggles by bringing his expertise to solve problems, but also knows when to stay in shadow when work is going smoothly in the fellow team.
